Option 1: Pride’s Standard Residential Drop Ship Program - Includes curbside delivery via commercial LTL carrier (large truck)

Re-delivery Charges Charges Vary Additional charges will apply if delivery appointment is set with carrier and not kept. Failure to return the call from the trucking company may result in unnecessary delays and storage charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Option 2: Pride’s Premium Delivery Service – Includes delivery over the first threshold of the consumer’s home, as long as the box fits through the doorway, otherwise delivery will be to the first dry area.

Delivery does not include:

• Delivery to room of choice
• Removal of other products or furniture
• Unpacking or packaging debris for removal
• Product assembly or plug in/power up
• Instruction on product use

Option 3: Pride’s Platinum Delivery Service – Best Value for Pride Providers, includes delivery to room of choice (see note below), unbox, set-up and power up.
